A little Q&A with Kim
Q: Have you always lived in NC? Where do you consider "home?"
A: My husband and I moved to Davidson, NC in 2006 and after a short detour to TX, we returned to "Old North State" in 2020. We now live in Mt. Holly.
My roots are in Pittsburgh, PA (go, Steelers) but with the lure of those Carolina blue skies and proximity to the mountains and the sea, I can truly call NC my HOME!
Q: How did you get your start in real estate?
A: This is a "full circle" situation! I started a very successful real estate career in Pittsburgh with Howard Hanna Real Estate. After a detour to the airline industry, I decided to come back to a career I love and feel confident in. I am back in the Charlotte market with Howard Hanna - the largest independent family owned firm in the country! We are now fully integrated with the Carolina's largest firm - Allen Tate! Together, we are Built Differently!
Q: How has the real estate market changed over the years?
A: For the better! Honestly! There are so many ways to bring the market to consumers - the technology is insane and I use it to match properties with my clients' needs, streamline the process, etc. For my seller clients, I will use every social media outlet to help make those listings stand out!
Q: What does your hashtag, "hustleandheart" mean?
A: When you meet me, I really want you to see that I am committed to you, my client in a transformational way. Real Estate can seem very transactional and my goal is to guide and advise you like a family member.
Q: What do you do in your spare time?
A: I live in a VERY active adult community so there are tons of things to do, but my passion is singing in our band, "The Driveway Drinkers." Ask me about that and I'll share more. Ha ha.
